My friend noticed this habbit and asked me "Why provolone?" I told her it was because "I like it, why else would I put it on all of my sanwiches." Well I don't put it on all of my sandwiches... When I am home, I use American cheese, but that's only because my mom does not buy Provolone.
So I started to think about what kind of cheese other people put on their sanwiches... All the delis on campus have American, Provolone, and Swiss. So, I put those along with "other" and "none" on my poll.
What kind of cheese do you prefer on your sandwich?

This is so interesting because one of my friends noticed last year that I always used provolone. I feel like I started using it because I liked it, and because it was something that we never had at home, whereas we always have american and swiss in the house.
For my sandwiches, I usually use american cheese, but sometimes I feel ambitious and/or fancy and get provolone.
Swiss is gross and tastes like feet.
I agree..sandwiches are the way to go on campus. i usually get ham with american cheese. i feel like i only venture away from american cheese if i go to a restaurant or sub shop and the food comes with say provolone or swiss. With any choice-cheese is so good, and i think it's even better if it's melted. mmmm
